摘  要:本文针对某三级高负荷轴流压气机开展数值研究,获得并分析其在设计工况下的总体气动性能以及各级性能的匹配特性。采用商业软件NUMECA作为CFD计算工具,并结合实验结果对数值方法进行验证。分析表明,网格无关性能够满足当前气动性能分析要求,设计转速与设计点性能计算结果与实验符合较好。第三级,特别是静叶,表现出较大的损失以及与堵塞和失速现象的强相关性。在设计点处,OGV出现严重的端区损失,混合面方法对动叶出口间隙损失计算影响显著。A 3-stage high-loaded compressor is investigated numerically in this study,and the overall aerodynamic performances are obtained and analyzed at design speed and the design point.The calculations are performed on NUMECA and the results are validated with experiment data.The calculated performances at design conditions show good agreement with the experiment,and the gird parameters present adequate accuracy and limited consumption for further analysis.Results show that the loss in Stage3,especially in S3,is significant and strong relationships are found between Stage3 and the appearance of choke and stall.OGV produced high pressure loss in the endwall region at the design point.It is also found that the method of mixing plane has great influences on the calculation of mixing loss at the exits of rotors.
