摘  要:清原抽水蓄能电站岩锚梁岩台爆破开挖是地下厂房最为关键且难度最大的环节,为确保岩锚梁开挖成型质量,在开挖过程中采用精细化分区、岩台技术超挖、岩锚梁下拐点预加固、岩台临时支护等措施,确保岩锚梁开挖面不平整度、残留炮孔半孔率、断面超欠挖均满足规范要求,岩锚梁开挖质量达到预期效果,其成果为国内大跨度地下厂房岩锚梁开挖施工提供了工程实例和技术经验。The rock bench blasting excavation of the rock anchor beam of Qingyuan Pumped-storage Power Station is the most critical and most difficult link in the underground powerhouse.In order to ensure the quality of the rock anchor beam excavation,fine zoning,rock bench technology over-excavation,Measures such as pre-reinforcement of the lower inflection point of the rock-anchor beam and temporary support of the rock platform ensure that the unevenness of the rock-anchor beam excavation surface,the half-hole rate of residual blast holes,and the over-under-excavation of the cross-section meet the requirements of the specification,and the excavation quality of the rock-anchor beam reaches Expected results,and the results provide engineering examples and technical experience for the excavation and construction of rock-anchored beams of large-span underground powerhouses in China.
