摘 要:蜗壳结构是水电站厂房的心脏,其工作性态关系到电站的长期安全运行。本文针对抽水蓄能电站厂房蜗壳结构的特点,对蜗壳大体积混凝土结构施工过程进行了温度场与温度应力仿真计算,分析了蜗壳结构温度场与温度应力时空分布规律,并对影响蜗壳外围混凝土温度及应力的各种温控措施进行敏感性分析。通过多方案的比较,提出温控防裂措施建议,相关成果可为抽水蓄能电站蜗壳结构的温控设计及温控措施制定提供参考。The spiral case structure is the heart of the hydro power station.The working behavior of the spiral case structure will affect the long-term safe operation of the power station.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the spiral case structure of pumped storage power station,the numerical simulations of the mass concrete structure are carried out.The temporal and spatial distribution of the temperature and temperature stress of the spiral case structure are analyzed.And the sensitivity analysis of various temperature control measures which affecting the temperature and stress of the surrounding concrete of the spiral case are conducted.Through the comparison of several schemes,the temperature control and crack prevention measures are proposed.The results will provide reliable reference for temperature control design of spiral case structure in pumped storage power station.
