摘 要:本研究以黄瓜(津优35号)为试验材料,通过大田试验,研究了不同用量鸡粪施用后土壤和黄瓜各部位元素Fe和Mn的传递与积累.结果表明,灌漠土Fe含量在鸡粪施用量为45t/hm^(2)时达到最高,比对照增加了5.57%,而潮土中Fe含量受鸡粪影响不大.施用鸡粪对两种土壤Mn含量影响不大.两种土壤中黄瓜各部位Fe含量和富集系数均表现为根部最大,果实最小;而Mn则表现为叶片最大,果实最小.这表明在黄瓜植株中根部对Fe,叶片对Mn有更强的富集能力;黄瓜各部位Fe和Mn的富集系数均表现为灌漠土<潮土,说明Fe和Mn更容易从潮土中进入黄瓜体内.果实中Fe含量变幅为78.57mg/kg~87.07mg/kg,Mn含量变幅为9.16mg/kg~12.54mg/kg,可以看出,施用鸡粪不能造成两种土壤Fe和Mn的积累,也不会引起黄瓜果实Fe和Mn的积累.Cucumber(Jinyou No.35)was used as the experimental material to study the transfer and accumula⁃tion of Fe and Mn in soil and cucumber tissues after different dosages of chicken manure application.The results showed that the Fe content in an Irrigated Desert soil reached the highest at 45 t/hm2 chicken manure application,which was 5.57%higher than that of the control,while Fe content in a Fluvo-aquic soil was not affected by chicken manure.The application of chicken manure had little effect on Mn content in both two soils.The Fe content and enrich⁃ment coefficient of cucumber in each part of the two soils were the largest in the root and the smallest in the fruit.Mn showed the largest leaf and the smallest fruit.This indicated that the roots had stronger enrichment ability for Fe and the leaves had stronger enrichment ability for Mn in cucumber. The enrichment coefficient of Fe and Mn in differenttissues of cucumber was as the order:Irrigated Desert soil <Fluvo-aquic soil,indicating that Fe and Mn were easierto enter cucumber from Fluvo-aquic soil. The content of Fe in fruit varied from 78.57 mg/kg to 87.07mg/kg,and thecontent of Mn varied from 9.16mg/kg to 12.54mg/kg. It can be seen that the application of chicken manure did notcause the accumulation of Fe and Mn in both two soils,nor did it cause the accumulation of Fe and Mn in cucumberfruit.
