摘 要:[目的]探究不同施氮量对月季生长、叶绿素含量及干物质积累的影响.[方法]以扦插繁殖的月季为试材,研究了不同浓度的叶面肥,即氮肥,对月季株高、茎粗及冠幅等形态指标,以及叶绿素含量、干物质积累量和可溶性蛋白等生理指标的影响.[结果表明]月季株高、茎粗及冠幅等形态指标的数值在浓度为4g/1000mL时,达到最大值,其后随着氮浓度的增大而呈下降趋势.月季叶片叶绿素含量在氮肥浓度为6g/1000mL时,达到最大值,2g/1000mL时略有增加,而当浓度为4g/1000mL、8g/1000mL时,叶绿素含量均低于对照组.月季叶片可溶性蛋白只有在氮肥浓度为6g/1000mL时,其含量增多.不同的施氮量对月季各部位的干物质影响不同,浓度为4g/1000mL时,根和花的干物质达到最大值,而茎和叶的干物质数值在8g/1000mL时达到最大.[结论]表明施氮肥对月季的生长有很大影响,不同浓度的氮肥对月季形态指标和生理指标的影响也不同,喷施4g/1000mL-6g/1000mL浓度的氮肥会促进月季的生长,但当浓度达到8g/1000mL以上时会阻碍月季生长.The effects of different concentration of leaf fertilizer,namely nitrogen fertilizer,on plant height,stem diameter,crown width,chlorophyll content,dry matter accumulation,soluble protein and other physiological indexes of rose were studied.The results showed that the values of plant height,stem diameter and crown width of rose reached the maximum at the concentration of 4g/1000Ml,and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentra⁃tion.When the concentration of nitrogen fertilizer was 1000mg/L,the chlorophyll content in leaves increased slightly,and reached the maximum value of 1000mg/L.The chlorophyll content of rose leaves reached the maximum when the nitrogen fertilizer concentration was 6g/1000mL,and increased slightly when the nitrogen fertilizer concentration was 2g/1000mL.When the concentration was 4g/1000mL and 8g/1000mL,the chlorophyll content was lower than that of the control.The soluble protein content of rose leaves increased only when nitrogen concentration was 6g/1000mL.The dry matter of root and flower reached the maximum at the concentration of 4g/1000mL,while that of stem and leaf reached the maximum at 8g/1000mL.This indicatedthat nitrogen fertilizer had a great influence on the growth of rose,and different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizer had different effects on the morphological and physiological indexes of rose.The optimal concentration of nitrogen fertilizer was 4g/1000mL,but it would hinder the growth of rose when the concentration was more than 8g/1000mL.
