摘　　要：《基础生物化学》课程是生物类及涉农专业最重要的专业基础课之一,对相关专业理论与实践体系构建及后续课程学习具有重要意义.文章基于涉农类院校一流本科专业建设开展的背景,分析该课程新形势下教学理念、能力培养、多元化评价等方面的现状与面临的挑战,探讨了课程教学改革进程中重塑教学内容、优化创新教学方法与手段、重构师生关系、健全评价机制及教师能力提升等方面内容,为构建该课程高质量教学和助推一流本科专业建设提供参考.The course“Basic Biochemistry”is one of the most important professional foundation courses for biology and agriculture-related majors,which is important for the construction of the theoretical and practical system of related ma⁃jors and subsequent course learning.Based on the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in agri⁃culture-related institutions,the article analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the course in terms of teaching concept,competence development and diversified evaluation under the new situation,and discusses the reform process of course teaching in terms of reshaping teaching contents,optimizing and innovating teaching methods and means,recon⁃structing teacher-student relationship,improving evaluation mechanism and enhancing teachers’competence,so as to pro⁃vide reference for the construction of high-quality teaching of the course and This paper provides a reference for building high-quality teaching and learning in this course and promoting the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
