摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体是习近平提出的解决世界难题的中国方案。这一倡议在国际社会中与长期以来盛行的西方“中心主义”产生文化摩擦与碰撞,造成了人类命运共同体构建中的一系列文化困境,主要有文化异构导致人类共同价值认同的长期性、文化优越论和文明冲突论等带来的国际文化交流的障碍性,以及国际社会各文化主体低程度的参与性困境。破解此文化困境应实行以下策略:加强顶层设计,形成有序高效的交流机制;依托“一带一路”,扩大文化认同辐射范围;直面文化差异焦点,精准实施文化策略;拓展文化交流渠道,构建多层次全方位交流平台等。这些策略对人类命运共同体构建以及解决世界争端、促进和平与发展,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。Building a community with a shared future for mankind is the Chinese solution to the difficult problems of the world proposed by Xi Jinping.This initiative has some cultural friction and collision with the long-standing prevailing western“centralism”in the international community,which results in a series of cultural dilemmas in the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.Among them,cultural heterogeneity causes the long-term period for the identification of human common value,and the theory of cultural superiority and the theory of clash of civilizations brings about the barriers in international cultural communication,and the low degree of participation of various cultural subjects in the international community.To solve this cultural dilemma,it is necessary to adopt the following strategies:we should strengthen the top-level design and form an orderly and efficient communication mechanism;relying on the belt and road initiative,we should expand the scope of cultural identity;we should face the focus of cultural differences,accurately implement the cultural strategy,expand cultural communication channels,and build multi-level and all-round communication platforms etc.These strategies have important theoretical value and practical significance for the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,the solution of world disputes,and the promotion of peace and development.
