摘　　要：农村电商产业的迅猛发展催生了对各类人才的需求。而农村电商法律知识的专业性、法律程序的复杂性及法律责任的严格性对专门法律人才培养提出了更高的要求。通过对目前的政府培训模式、高校培养模式、社会学习模式都无法单独胜任农村电商法律人才培养的分析,提出应当建立政府、高校与社会合作培养机制,加强政府政策引导,加强校企合作、校地合作培养。阐述了建设农村电子商务优质法律课程体系,坚持理论和实务结合,教育学习和创新创业结合,注重学生创新创业能力的培养。The rapid development of rural e-commerce has created the demand for all kinds of talents.However,the specialization of legal knowledge of rural e-commerce,the complexity of legal procedure and the strictness of legal responsibility put forward higher requirements for the training of specialized legal talents.The current government training model,the training model of colleges and universities,and the other learning models in society are not able to meet the need for the training of legal talents in rural e-commerce.Therefore,we should establish a cooperative training mechanism between the government,schools and society,strengthen the government policy guidance,the school-enterprise cooperation and the cooperation between schools and local needs.We should also build up a high-quality legal curriculum system for rural e-commerce training,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,the theoretical training and the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and pay attention to the training of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
