摘 要:为了解决温室土壤长期施用化肥导致土壤酶活性和黄瓜品质下降的问题,在温室内采用田间试验方法,进行了畜禽粪便组合肥对土壤微生物及酶活性和黄瓜品质影响的研究。结果表明:畜禽粪便组合肥与常规化肥相比较,土壤细菌、放线菌、蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶分别增加40.63%、23.37%、53.61%、13.85%和11.11%;黄瓜可溶性糖、蛋白质、固形物和VC含量分别增加6.69%、8.93%、7.50%、10.65%;单瓜质量、单株瓜质量、产量和施肥利润分别增加5.77%、4.76%、5.26%和18.63%;黄瓜硝酸盐含量降低5.22%。采用畜禽粪便组合肥替代常规化肥有利于改善黄瓜品质,提高土壤微生物数量及酶活性和黄瓜经济效益,降低黄瓜硝酸盐含量。In order to solve the problem of soil enzyme activity and cucumber quality degradation caused by long-term application of chemical fertilizer in greenhouse soil,field experiment was conducted to study the effects of livestock manure compound fertilizer on soil microorganism,enzyme activity and cucumber quality.The results showed that soil bacteria,actinomycetes,sucrase,urease and phosphatase increased by 40.63%,23.37%,53.61%,13.85% and 11.11% with livestock manure compound fertilizer compared with conventional fertilizers,respectively.The soluble sugar,protein,solube solid and VC of cucumber increased by 6.69%,8.93%,7.50% and 10.65%,respectively.The single fruit weight,fruit weight per plant,yield and profits of fertilization increased by 5.77%,4.76%,5.26% and 18.63%,respectively.Nitrate in cucumber was reduced by 5.22%.Replacing conventional fertilizer with livestock manure compound fertilizer was beneficial to improve the quality of cucumber,increase the number of soil microorganisms,enzyme activity and economic benefits of cucumber,and reduce nitrate content in cucumber.
