社区医疗废物分类预处理产品服务系统设计研究

摘　　要：基于PSSD的理念对社区医疗废物处置提出策略研究与应用方法,以期能以安全便捷的方式为居民提供医疗废物回收服务,以系统的方式为社区及社区相关管理组织会提供高效的管理方案。通过前期调研,了解现状并获取用户信息,构建角色模型,绘制用户旅程图来梳理触点、痛点及机会点并建立需求列表,进而建立服务系统模型、服务蓝图并制订设计策略。设计实践围绕软件设计,信息管理平台设计及硬件设计展开。本研究为我国城市社区医疗废物的合理合法处置问题的有效解决提供了参考。Based on the concept of product service system design,to put forward the strategy research and application method of community medical waste recycling,in order to provide medical waste recycling service for residents in a safe and convenient way,and provide efficient management scheme for community and community related management organizations in a systematic way.Through the preliminary research,understand the status quo and obtain user information,establish role model,draw user journey map to sort out contact points,pain points and opportunity points,establish demand list,and then build service system model,service blueprint and design strategy.The design practice focuses on software design,information management platform design and hardware design.This study provides a reference for the reasonable and legal disposal of medical waste in urban communities in China.
