摘 要:利用固相烧结法制备出基础配方为ZnO–A1_(2)O3–MgO–TiO_(2)–SiO_(2)–Fe2O3的ZnO线性电阻。研究了Fe_(2)O_(3)掺杂量对ZnO线性电阻微观结构、阻温特性和阻频特性的影响。结果表明:当Fe_(2)O_(3)掺杂量为0.75%(质量分数)时,氧化锌线性电阻的非线性系数为1.1_(2),阻温系数取得–8.23×10^(–)3/℃,此时样品的综合性能最好。The ZnO–A1_(2)O3–MgO–TiO_(2)–SiO_(2)–Fe_(2)O_(3) linear ceramic resistance were prepared by solid state sintering method. The effect of Fe_(2)O_(3) doping on the microstructure, impedance, temperature-resistance characteristics and impedance-frequency characteristics was investigated. The results show that the ZnO linear ceramic resistance doping with 0.75%(mass fraction) Fe_(2)O_(3) has the optimum comprehensive performance. This resistance synthesized has nonlinear coefficient of 1.1_(2), and resistance temperature coefficient of –8.23×10^(–)3/℃.
