摘 要:以江苏省东海县石英砂为原料,盐酸、草酸及柠檬酸为浸出剂,混酸浸出法制备高纯石英砂,研究了酸液浓度、液固质量比、酸浸温度和酸浸时间对石英砂物相结构及提纯效果的影响,推导了盐酸、草酸及柠檬酸混酸浸出石英砂的动力学模型。结果表明:酸液浓度、液固质量比、酸浸温度及酸浸时间均对酸浸除杂效率有明显影响,混酸浸出符合扩散控制模型,Ea=13.22 k J/mol;常压下采用4.5 mol/L盐酸+0.05 mol/L草酸+0.01 mol/L柠檬酸在80℃恒温浸出石英砂6 h后,Fe杂质含量由342.62 mg/kg降至90.21 mg/kg,除铁率为73.67%,杂质总含量从523.79 mg/kg降至194.39 mg/kg,除杂率为62.89%,Si O2纯度达到99.97%,有效提高了石英砂的纯度,达到了晶质玻璃用石英砂的使用要求。A high-purity quartz sand was prepared by a mixed acid leaching method with quartz sand in Donghai County as a raw material, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid and citric acid as leaching agents. The influences of acid concentration, liquid-solid mass ratio, acid leaching temperature and acid leaching time on the phase structure and leaching efficiency of quartz sand were investigated, and the kinetic model of leaching quartz sand with mixed hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid and citric acid was deduced. The results show that the acid concentration, liquid-solid mass ratio, acid leaching temperature and acid leaching time all have an effect on the efficiency of acid leaching. The mixed acid leaching process follows a diffusion control model, and Ea is 13.22 kJ/mol. Fe content in quartz sand decreases from 342.62 mg/kg to 90.21 mg/kg, and the iron removal rate is 73.67% a after leaching at a hydrochloric acid concentration of 4.5 mol/L, an oxalic acid concentration of 0.05 mol/L and a citric acid concentration of 0.01 mol/L under normal pressure at 80 ℃ for 6 h. In this case, the total impurity content decreases from 523.79 mg/kg to 194.39 mg/kg, the impurity removal rate is 62.89%, and the purity of SiO2 is 99.97%, which meets the requirements for the use of crystalline glass.
