合成纤维变形丝卷曲性能不确定度分析

摘  要:文章采用GUM综合评定法,通过建立数学模型分析探究了合成纤维变形丝卷曲收缩率、卷曲模量、卷曲稳定度的不确定度,得到影响合成纤维变形丝卷曲性能不确定度的主要因素。通过对所测数据、仪器设备以及数值修约产生的不确定度进行评估和计算,最终得出扩展不确定度:卷曲收缩率为23.4%,U=0.3%,k=2;卷曲模量为11.3%,U=0.2%,k=2;卷曲稳定度为87.8%,U=0.8%,k=2。This paper used GUM comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and research the uncertainties of crimp shrinkage rate,crimp modulus and crimp stability of synthetic fiber textured filament yarns by establishing mathematical model.The main infect factors of crimp properties of synthetic fiber textured filament yarns were obtained.Through the evaluation and calculation of the uncertainty generated by the measured data,instruments and rounding off of numberical values,the extended uncertainties were finally obtained:the crimp shrinkage rate was 23.4%,U=0.3%,k=2;the crimp modulus was 11.3%,U=0.2%,k=2;the crimp stability was 87.8%,U=0.8%,k=2.
