摘　　要：针对电工电子实验操作者技能欠缺,实验室管理人员管理失误等问题,通过加强对实验操作者的教育,健全实验器材取用、报废器材处理制度,完善管理人员安全责任体系等手段长效改善实验室安全环境,为学科建设与发展提供助力和保障。It is directed against the lack of skills of electrical and electronic experiment operators,and management errors of laboratory management personnel,it is important to strengthen education of experimental operators to improve the use and disposal of experimental equipment,the equipment disposal system.The improved system of the management personnel safety responsibility can improve the laboratory safety in a long-term effect.And finally,it provides assistance and guarantee for the construction and development of the discipline.
