摘 要:山楂酸是一种五环三萜酸,存在于枇杷叶、油橄榄和山楂等多种天然植物中,具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗炎、抑制寄生虫等多种生物学活性。该文就山楂酸的药理作用及其机制的研究现状进行综述,为进一步开发利用山楂酸提供理论基础。Maslinic acid(MA) is a pentacyclic triterpene acid that is present in numerous dietary plants such as folium eriobotryae, olive, hawthorn and so on. It has many biological activities including anti-tumor,hypoglycemic, anti-inflammation and anti-parasitic effects. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of maslinic acid, this article reviews the research status of the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of maslinic acid.
