摘　　要：目的:分析某三甲医院2018-2019年医院感染现状,了解该医院的医院感染发展变化趋势,探索做好医院感染预防与控制的策略,减少医院感染发生。方法:采用回顾性分析方法对收集到的住院患者信息和医院感染病例资料进行汇总分析。结果:不同性别患者医院感染发生率无显著差异;医院感染率随着年龄段的增长呈上升趋势(P<0.001);不同季节住院患者医院感染率无显著差异;71.52%的医院感染患者分布在内科系统科室;下呼吸道感染(33.66%)是该院医院感染的首要部位;使用抗生素、使用呼吸机、中心静脉插管以及泌尿道插管是医院感染的危险因素。结论:应加强对医院感染重点人群、重点环节、重点部位的监测,合理应用抗菌药物,减少侵入性操作,加强医院感染知识培训。通过半年的实施,2020年下半年医院感染控制取得初步成效。Objective:To analyze the current situation of nosocomial infection in certaingrade-A tertiary hospital from 2018 to 2019,understand the development trend of nosocomial infection in the hospital,and explore the strategies for prevention and control of nosocomial infection,so as to reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the inpatients and nosocomial infection cases was performed.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infection between different genders.The nosocomial infection rate showed an upward trend with the growth of age(P<0.001).The hospital infection rate of inpatients in different seasons had no significant difference.71.52%of the patients with nosocomial infection were distributed in the department of internal medicine.lower respiratory tract infection(33.66%)was the main cause.Antibiotics,ventilator,central venous catheterization and urinary catheterization are the risk factors of nosocomial infection.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of key groups,key links and key parts of nosocomial infection,reasonably use antibacterial drugs,reduce invasive operation and strengthen the training of hospital infection knowledge.Through the implementation of half a year,the hospital infection control in the second half of 2020 has achieved initial results.
