摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,为满足人们生产和生活的需要,住宅、工业等用地不断侵占,导致耕地、湿地面积不断减小,直接影响着我国流域面积总量。当前我国流域总面积正在呈现逐渐缩减的趋势,水资源紧张状况不断加剧,再加上较为严峻的水污染问题,使得当前的水资源环境不容乐观。With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,in order to meet the needs of people’s production and life,residential and industrial land are occupied continuously,which leads to the continuous reduction of cultivated land and wetland area,which directly affects the total area of the river basin in China.At present,the total area of the river basin is decreasing gradually in China.The water resource tension is increasing.Combined with the serious water pollution,the current water resources environment is not optimistic.
