摘  要:本文通过对国内外先进工艺进行分析研究,确定新的锂电池废气治理工艺:旋风除尘器+CFB半干法脱酸塔+布袋除尘器+湿法脱酸塔+气水分离器+RTO燃烧炉+急冷塔+碱洗塔+水洗塔。希望本文的研究能够给我国锂电池废气治理行业提供一定的思路。This paper analyzes and researches advanced technologies at home and abroad to determine a new lithium battery waste gas treatment process:cyclone dust collector+CFB semi-dry deacidification tower+bag filter+wet deacidification tower+gas-water separator+RTO combustion furnace+Quick cooling tower+Caustic washing tower+Water washing tower.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide some ideas for my country’s lithium battery waste gas treatment industry.
