摘　　要：城市群中大气污染阻碍了人民幸福生活,同时大气污染带来的社会问题也引发了广泛关注。空气所具有的流动性、无界性等特性,为大气污染的治理带来了较大困难和挑战。本文主要以长春城市群作为研究对象,在分析其大气污染来源和污染特征的基础上,探索政策作用机理,力求探寻城市群协同治理方案。Air pollution in urban agglomerations hinders people’s happy life,and social problems caused by air pollution have also aroused widespread concern.The characteristics of air mobility and boundlessness bring great difficulties and challenges to the control of air pollution.Based on the analysis of the sources and characteristics of air pollution in Changchun urban agglomeration,this paper explores the mechanism of policy action and seeks to explore the collaborative governance scheme of urban agglomeration.
