摘  要:大量分布式电源的接入以及运行模式的多样化使城市电网呈现复杂形态,传统三段式电流保护难以适应。基于终端之间对等通信的分布式保护是一种好的解决思路,而5G通信则为分布式保护的快速数据交换提供了新的无线信道。介绍了5G通信高可靠低时延关键技术,论述了城市配电网3种典型场景及其故障特性,依据故障特性提出了适配于不同场景的分布式纵联保护策略,分析了不同保护策略对通信和数据同步方面的技术需求。研究表明,所提基于5G通信的分布式保护策略可有效应对城市配电网不同场景下面临的保护问题。With the access of many distributed generations and the diversification of operation modes,the urban power grid presents a complex form,so the traditional three-stage current protection is difficult to adapt to.Distributed protection based on peer-to-peer communication between terminals is a good solution,and 5G communication provides a new wireless channel for rapid data exchange of distributed protection.This paper introduces the key technologies of high reliability and low delay of 5G communication,and discusses three typical scenes of urban distribution network and their fault characteristics.According to the fault characteristics,distributed pilot protection strategies suitable for different scenarios are proposed.The technical requirements of different protection strategies for both communication protocols and data synchronization are analyzed.This research shows that the distributed protection strategies proposed based on 5G communication can effectively deal with the protection problems in different scenarios of urban distribution networks.
