摘  要:介绍了2种典型结构的高合金、高强度灰铸铁缸盖的去应力工艺,根据铸件要求及生产条件,分别采用退火炉退火和型内保温退火工艺消减铸件内应力,通过试验对比,得出结论:由于高牌号灰铸铁缸盖材料质量要求高,结构复杂,铸件浇注后残余应力大,必须采用强制去应力方法降低;在选择去应力工艺时,需要综合考虑铸件特点、成本、效率等因素,使铸件内应力尽可能多地得到释放,满足铸件技术要求;若工厂冷却条件允许,型内保温去应力成本更低,效果更好。2 de-stress processes used for a typical structured high-alloyed,high strength gray iron cylinder head was introduced.According to casting requirements and production conditions,used separately annealing furnace de-stress process and in-mold temperature-holding de-stress process to reduce internal stress of castings were adopted.Through the test comparison,following conclusions was drawn:due to the high quality and complex structure of high grade gray iron cylinder head,its residual stress after pouring was large,the forced stress removal method must be adopted.When selecting the de-stress process,we need to consider overall the characteristics,cost of castings and efficiency to release as much internal stress of the casting as possible,meeting technical requirements of the casting.If the cooling conditions of the foundry permit,the cost of in-mold temperature-holding de-stress process was lower and the effect was better.
