摘　　要：从组芯工艺和砂芯复杂程度、铸件缺陷、芯砂类别及粒度方面介绍了铸造涂料的研配及选型,详细阐述了铸造涂料在不同系列轿车发动机缸体砂芯上的应用情况。最后指出:涂料的选择应根据不同铸件和砂芯的质量要求,选用适合铸件或砂芯特点的专用涂料,使涂料的性能与铸件质量相得益彰,既不使涂料性能过度优异造成成本浪费,又能满足铸件质量需求;供应商应稳定做好静态调控,从原材料到制备整个过程都要受控,使用单位现场应做好动态调控,只有二者有机结合起来,才能满足高品质薄壁缸体铸件的质量需求。Investigation on and making-up as well as selection of the casting coating were introduced from aspects of cores assembling process,sand core complexity,casting defects,core sand sorts and grain size,the application of casting coating on sand core of engine cylinder block of different series of cars was described in detail.Finally pointed out:the selection of coatings should be based on the quality requirements of different castings and sand cores,and select special coatings suitable for casting or sand core characteristics,so that the properties of coatings and casting quality complement each other,that could not only make the coating performance too excellent to cause cost waste,but also meet the casting quality requirements.The supplier should do a good job of stable and static control,from raw materials to preparation of the whole process should be controlled,the coating-using unit should do a good job of production spot dynamic control,only the organic combination of the two could meet the quality requirements of high quality thin-walled cylinder block castings.
