摘　　要：介绍了纯氧天然气回转炉在减少铁的烧损和提高炉衬寿命方面的一些技术进展,并通过生产实例阐述了纯氧天然气回转炉在灰铸铁和球墨铸铁生产中的成功应用,得出结论:(1)天然气纯氧回转炉可以生产灰铸铁件,也可以生产球墨铸铁件,可以生产厚壁铸件,也可以生产薄壁铸件,具有很强的铸件生产适用性;(2)相比于传统的燃焦冲天炉,更具有优异的环保性,相比于中频感应电炉,具有节能、环保、高效、烧损低的优点。The technical progress of the pure oxygen-natural gas rotary furnace in the aspect of reducing Fe burning loss and lengthening furnace lining was introduced by showing production examples,the successful application of the pure oxygen-natural gas rotary furnace in nodular iron production was described.Following conclusions were obtained:(1)The pure oxygen-natural gas rotary furnace could be used to produce gray iron castings,also could be used to produce nodular iron castings,could be used to produce thick wall castings,also to produce thin wall castings,it had very strong applicability of casting production.(2)Compared with traditional coke burning cupola,it had more better environmental protection effect,compared with medium frequency induction furnace,it had the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,high efficiency and low burning loss.
