摘  要:针对铸管生产各工序排放烟尘的特征,从高炉铁液转运、混铁炉倒运、中频炉熔炼、球化站球化、离心浇注机浇注、吹砂工位喷吹、退火炉加热、喷Zn机喷涂、内磨工位打磨、喷涂机喷涂、制芯机等方面阐述了相应的除尘设计方法,并配置了与工艺相符合的除尘器,使各项除尘方案符合国家、地方和行业有关环境保护方面的标准和规范,并且减少了生产运行成本,节约了能源,降低了工人劳动强度,改善了工作条件及环境。According to the characteristics of the smoke and dust emission in each process of cast pipe production,the corresponding dust removal design method was elaborated from the aspects of transfer of molten iron in the blast furnace,the transportation of the mixer furnace,the smelting of the intermediate frequency furnace,the spheroidizing at station,the pouring of centrifugal machine,the sand injection of blow station,the heating of annealing furnace,Zn spraying on the machine,internal grinding on polishing station,the spraying on painting machine and the core making machine.And a dust collector that in line with the process was equipped to make various dust removal programs comply with national,local and industry standards and regulations on environmental protection.It reduced production and operation costs,saved energy,reduced labor intensity of workers,and improved working conditions and environment.
