摘 要:对无人超市自助式购物系统的可用性进行研究,以此为未来无人超市的自助购物系统提供相应的设计建议。基于可用性的理论,分析与研究无人超市的自助进入系统与自助结账系统,通过用户测试的方式,对其可用性进行研究并量化分析,重点通过无人超市自助购物系统的使用效率和错误率的客观评价进行研究。根据调研与测试数据结果的横向与纵向分析,归纳出被测无人超市中不同形式的自助购物系统的优缺点。通过可用性测试的量化分析得出,作为无人引导环节中必不可少的自助进入系统与自助结账系统,仅提供新颖的购物理念是不够的,提高其可用性对于消费者的购物体验也尤为重要。It studies the usability of self-service shopping in the unmanned supermarket,to provide corresponding design suggestions for the future self-service shopping system of unmanned supermarkets.Based on the theory of usability,analyze and study the self-service entry system and self-checkout system of the unmanned supermarket.Through user testing,research and quantitative analysis of its usability,focusing on the efficiency and error rate of the unmanned supermarket self-service shopping system Study objectively.Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of self-service shopping systems in the unmanned supermarkets tested based on the horizontal and vertical analysis of the survey and test data results.Through the quantitative analysis of usability testing,it is concluded that as an indispensable self-service entry system and self-service checkout system in the unmanned guidance link,it is not enough to provide novel shopping concepts.Improving its usability is also particularly important for consumers'shopping experience.
