摘 要:针对石油测井中需要地层电阻率测量、成像测量和地层边界探测功能的仪器,研发了一款新型的方位阵列侧向测井仪。基于该仪器的电极排列和聚焦原理,通过有限元法开发了三维有限元正演仿真程序,并通过与第三方软件的仿真结果对比验证了所开发的仿真程序的正确性。数值模拟结果表明,该仪器的最大径向探测深度可达2.24 m,受井眼环境的影响比较小,采用8个方位电极测量数据可获得4种不同探测深度电阻率成像图,用于后续测井评价中对仪器偏心、地层倾角以及目标层方位的判别等,同时水平井环境下不同方位电极的响应差异表明该仪器的探边能力可达到1 m以上。A new type of azimuth array laterolog tool is developed to meet the needs of formation resistivity measurement,imaging measurement and formation boundary detection.Based on the electrode arrangement and focusing principle of the instrument,a three-dimensional finite element forward simulation program was developed through the finite element method,and the correctness of the developed simulation program was verified by comparing the simulation results with third-party software.Numerical simulation results show that the maximum radial investigation depth can reach 2.24 m,which is relatively less affected by the borehole environment.By using eight azimuth electrodes,four kinds of resistivity images with different detection depths can be obtained,which can be used for the evaluation of tool eccentricity,formation dip angle and target azimuth in subsequent logging evaluation.At the same time,the difference in the response of different azimuth electrodes in the horizontal well environment indicates that the edge detection ability of the tool can reach more than 1 m.
