熏洗剂的稳定性试验与质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:研究熏洗剂的质量标准并其考察稳定性。方法:运用紫外光谱法与傅立叶变换红外光谱法对该制剂进行鉴定。采用初均速法,以紫外光谱的272nm处的最大吸收峰A值为定量指标进行稳定性试验。结果:该制剂25℃的有效期约为2.0年,并测定该制剂的相对密度及稳定性试验过程中p H值的变化。结论:紫外光谱法的吸收度A值可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To Study the Stability and Quality Standard of Xunxiji.Methods The preparations were identified by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and Ultraviolet Spectrum(UV).The Absorbance Units of Xunxiji were determined with UV spectrophotometry at 272 nm.Results Initial average rate method was applied to test the stability of Xunxiji.It has been shown that validity of the preparation would be 2 years.Conclusion The Absorbance Units of Xunxiji can be used for the quality control of preparation.
