摘 要:为了提高H08A焊丝钢的拉拔性能和焊接性能,对该钢种全流程进行取样分析,利用扫描电镜观察夹杂物的形貌,统计数密度,利用夹杂物自动分析系统对夹杂物成分变化和成分分布进行分析,利用FactSage热力学软件分析夹杂物低熔点区域分布。结果表明,钢中全氧含量可间接反映出夹杂物数密度水平,若没有LF精炼和中间包保护浇铸,铸坯中全氧很难达到要求的0.005%。夹杂物类型主要是硅锰铝氧化物的复合夹杂物,脱氧合金化后,夹杂物成分趋于稳定,大尺寸夹杂物多为MnO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),尺寸最大达到70μm。钙收得率不高,在夹杂物中没有发现典型钙氧化物夹杂物。夹杂物主要是球形,大尺寸夹杂物总量较多,中间包和铸坯中80μm以下大尺寸夹杂物占比较小,80μm以上大尺寸夹杂物占比为87.6%~87.9%。In order to improve the drawing and welding performance of H08Awelding wire steel,the whole process of this steel was sampled and analyzed,the morphology of the inclusions were observed by scanning electron microscope,the number density was counted,and the composition change and distribution of inclusions were analyzed by the inclusion automatic analysis system.The low melting point area distribution of inclusions was verified using FactSage thermodynamics software.The results show that the total oxygen content in steel can indirectly reflect the number density of inclusions.Without LF refining and tundish protection pouring,it is difficult for the total oxygen in cast slab to reach the required 0.005%.The type of inclusions is mainly the composite inclusions of silico-manganese-aluminum oxide.After deoxidation and alloying,composition of inclusions tends to be stable.Most of largesize inclusions are MnO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),with a maximum size of 70μm.The calcium yield is not high,and no typical calcium oxide inclusions are found in the inclusions.The inclusions are mainly spherical,and the total amount of large-size inclusions is large.In the tundish and cast slab,large-size inclusions below 80μm account for a relatively small proportion,and large-size inclusions above 80μm account for about 87.6%-87.9%.
