摘 要:针对顾北矿A组煤13121上工作面坚硬顶板俯斜长壁综采实际,建立了坚硬顶板支架结构力学模型,计算液压支架的最大支护阻力,并进行支撑掩护式液压支架的选型校核。通过在13121上工作面切眼和两巷分别进行超前深孔预裂爆破,结合FLAC3D数值模拟和综采支架压力在线监测。研究表明:采取分层开采和超前预裂爆破,有效地防止坚硬顶板悬顶过大,预裂爆破后初次来压步距为40.8 m,工作面周期来压步距为10.1~11.7 m,工作面选用短臂强支撑掩护式ZZ13000/24/50型支架,额定支护阻力13000 kN,动载系数为1.2~1.6,有效地实现A组煤上分层安全高效开采。According to the practice of 13121 upper working face of Gubei coal mine,mechanical model of hard roof support structure is established,and the maximum support resistance of hydraulic support is calculated,and the type selection of hydraulic support is checked.Through pre-splitting deep hole blasting in hard roof of 13121 upper working face is carried out in open-off cut and two roadways of working face,combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation and on-line monitoring of fully mechanized hydraulic support pressure.The results show that adopting slicing mining and advanced pre-splitting blasting can effectively prevent the overhanging roof of hard roof from being too large.After pre-splitting blasting,the first weighting step distance is 40.8 m,the periodic weighting step distance of the working face is between 10.1 m and 11.7 m,the short arm strong support ZZ13000/24/50 support is selected for the working face,the rated support resistance is 13000 kN,and the dynamic load coefficient is 1.2 to 1.6,which effectively realizes safe and efficient mining of A group coal seams.
