急倾斜煤层伪斜工作面炮采工艺优化研究

摘  要:为了提高急倾斜煤层伪斜工作面炮采落煤效率,以新疆某煤矿急倾斜煤层为背景,分析和研究了影响爆破落煤效果的若干因素,包括不同炮孔布置、炮孔参数、装药方式、台阶高度等,并且在满足煤矿现有通风安全条件下,提出了4种不同的爆破落煤方案。通过对4种爆破方案进行现场试验和对比分析,认为方案2即顺台阶深孔爆破方案与其他方案相比,在吨煤耗药量、吨煤排烟等待时间、现场施工等方面有更大的优势,更适合急倾斜煤层伪斜工作面的炮采工艺,能够显著提高工作面单循环落煤效率。In order to improve the effect of the coal fallen on steep seam oblique long-wall mining face,taking a steep seam coal mine in Xinjiang as the engineering background,a number of factors,which impacted the effect of the coal fallen by exploding,included blast-hole arrangement,charge mode,bench height,blast hole parameter and so on,was studied and analyzed deeply,then,four different blasting schemes were proposed under the condition of security.Through field testing and comparative analyzing about the blasting schemes,compared with other schemes,considered that the scheme-two(deep hole blasting along the stairs)had greater advantages on the explosive consumption quantity per ton of coal,smoke emissions waiting time and site construction.So the scheme-two(deep hole blasting along the stairs)was more suitable for the coal fallen on steep seam oblique long-wall mining face,can significantly improved coal cutting efficiency.
