摘 要:为解决南阳坡煤矿综放大断面煤巷支护问题,综合采用理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测等方法,分析了6108综放工作面回采过程中超前支承压力分布规律,揭示了6108运输顺槽变形破坏机理;并在此基础上,对南阳坡煤矿综放大断面煤巷进行了锚网支护优化。工程应用实践表明:所设计的锚网支护方案有效地控制了南阳坡煤矿综放大断面煤巷围岩和支护结构的变形。In order to solve the support problem of fully-mechanized caving coal roadway with large section in Nanyangpo coal mine,the distribution law of abutment pressure in 6108 fully-mechanized mining with top-coal caving during mining process is analyzed by using the methods of theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field measurement,and the deformation and failure mechanism of 6108 transport gateway is revealed.On this basis,the anchor net support optimization of fully-mechanized caving coal roadway with large section in Nanyangpo coal mine are carried out.The engineering practice shows that the designed bolt mesh support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and support structure of fully-mechanized caving coal roadway with large section in Nanyangpo coal mine.
