摘 要:以陈四楼煤矿八采区2803工作面为研究对象,开展“以孔代巷”区域瓦斯抽采技术研究。结果表明:底板定向穿层(多分支)长钻孔最深达到630 m,实现了541.3 m煤巷条带瓦斯治理,控制范围达到巷道轮廓线之外30 m。钻场前方200~350 m有部分瓦斯异常区域,但整体含量并不高。区域验证钻孔钻屑量s主要在3.2~4.2 kg/m,钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q均小于2.9 L/min,煤巷掘进速度在1.6~11.3 m/d,掘进过程中回风流瓦斯在0~0.06%。各测试结果均小于参数临界值,区域验证无突出危险。研究结果验证了“以孔代巷”区域瓦斯抽采技术的工程适用性和可行性。Take 2803 working face in No.8 mining area of Chensilou coal mine as the research object to carry out the regional gas drainage technology research of"replacing roadway with borehole".The results show that the maximum depth of the floor directional crossing layer(multi branch)long borehole is 630 m,the gas control of 541.3 m coal roadway strip is realized,and the control range reaches 30 m beyond the roadway contour line.There are some abnormal gas areas in the 200 to 350 m section in front of the drilling field,but the overall content is not high.The regional verification shows that the amount of drilling cutting s is mainly between 3.2 and 4.2 kg/m,the initial gas emission velocity q is less than 2.9 L/min,the driving speed of coal roadway is 1.6 to 11.3 m/d,and the return air flow gas is 0 to 0.06%during the driving process.All the test results are less than the critical value of parameters,and there is no outburst danger in regional verification.The research results verify the engineering applicability and feasibility of"replacing roadway with borehole"regional gas drainage technology.
