摘  要:设计了4组实验,研究除尘风机、云雾风筒装置、云雾除尘装置各自除尘(特指呼吸性粉尘)性能及其综合除尘性能。通过在除尘实验模拟通道内布置的粉尘浓度采样器所采集的粉尘样品,经称重并计算分析的数据表明,3#实验的整体除尘效率表现稳定,除尘效率达88.0%;2#实验中距离粉尘源14~24 m内的除尘效率最高,除尘效率达87.0%。实验中获得的关键定量数据可为云雾技术的使用提供技术支持。Four groups of experiments were designed to study the dust removal performance(respirable dust especially)and comprehensive dust removal performance of the dust removal fan,the cloud-mist duct device and the cloud-mist dedust device.The dust samples collected by the dust concentration sampler arranged in the dust removal experiment simulation channel are weighed and analyzed.The data show that the overall dust removal efficiency of the 3#experiment is stable,and the dust removal efficiency is 88.0%.In the 2#experiment,the dust removal efficiency is the highest within 14 to 24 m from the dust source,and the dust removal efficiency is 87.0%.The key quantitative data obtained in the experiment can provide technical support for the use of cloud-mist technology.
