摘 要:以白羊岭煤矿高压水射流“钻孔-造穴”一体化试验为工程背景,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件建立水力冲孔造穴模型,模拟分析造穴钻孔周围煤体应力、瓦斯压力和渗透率的演化规律。在此基础上,考虑了不同造穴半径对瓦斯抽采有效影响半径的影响。结果表明:造穴半径与瓦斯抽采有效影响半径呈正相关的关系。采用流量法对该矿水力造穴有效影响半径进行现场考察,实测结果与模拟结果基本一致,证实了水力造穴的增透效果显著。Based on the engineering background of the integrated test of high-pressure water"jetborehole-cavitationin"Baiyangling coal mine,a hydraulic punching cavitation model was established by using COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation software to simulate and analyze the evolution law of coal body stress,gas pressure and permeability around cavitation hole.On this basis,the influence of different cavitation radius on gas extraction radius is considered.The results show that there is a positive correlation between cavitation radius and effective gas extraction radius.The effective influence radius of hydraulic cavitation was investigated on site by flow rate method.The measured results were basically consistent with the simulated results,which confirmed that hydraulic cavitation had significant anti-reflection effect.
