摘  要:针对高瓦斯矿井采煤过程中存在瓦斯气体集聚风险问题。建立瓦斯量与采煤机牵引速度、滚筒速度关系模型,并建立采煤机与刮板输送机速度关联,最终可得出刮板输送机和瓦斯量关系模型。通过采用PLC自动控制方法和运用组态软件对数据进行实时监测,实现采煤机和刮板输送机速度协调控制,并预测瓦斯生成量。因此,研究方法有利于保证煤矿的安全开采。Aiming at the risk of gas accumulation in the process of mining in high gas mine.The relationship model between gas quantity and shearer traction speed and drum speed is established,and the relationship between shearer and scraper conveyor speed is established.Finally,the relationship model between scraper conveyor and gas quantity can be obtained.The coordinated speed control of shearer and scraper conveyor is realized by using PLC automatic control method and real-time monitoring of data with configuration software,and the gas production is predicted.Therefore,the research method is conducive to ensuring the safety of coal mining.
