摘 要:氨纶改性技术是提高功能化氨纶市场占有率的关键。从分子结构调控、共混纺丝改性和表面改性三个方面论述了氨纶改性技术现状,结合氨纶存在的弹力不足、耐氯性差和染色性不佳等主要问题,分析了当前氨纶改性的目标及要求。当前氨纶改性技术基本上只解决单一问题,相关技术尚未取得突破性进展,对应技术标准体系还不完善,抗菌、导电、阻燃等高功能改性技术尚不成熟。在纺织强国新时代,应全面突破氨纶改性技术,完善技术标准体系,推动我国氨纶产业高质量发展。Spandex modification technology is the key to increase the share of spandex in the future market.The current situation of spandex modification technology was reviewed from three aspects of molecular structure control,blend spinning modification and surface modification.The spandex modification objectives and requirements were analyzed based on the main problems of spandex,such as insufficient elasticity,poor chlorine resistance and poor dyeability.A specific modification technology of spandex ought to basically only solve a certain problem by now,the related technology has not made a breakthrough,the corresponding technical standard system has not been perfected,and the antibacterial,conductive and flame retardant high-functional modification technologies are not mature.The high-quality development of China spandex industry should be promoted by comprehensively breaking through the modification technology of spandex and improving the technical standard system in the new era of textile power.
