摘 要:以质量分数52.8%的尼龙66盐液为原料,采用一步法连续聚合熔体直纺工艺生产高强超低热收缩尼龙66纤维,探讨了聚合物相对黏度、纺丝温度、上油率、拉伸倍数、热定型温度、松弛比等工艺参数对生产及产品质量的影响。结果表明:较佳的生产工艺条件为尼龙66聚合物相对黏度77~79、纺丝温度298~302℃、上油率(0.80±0.1)%、拉伸倍数5.40±0.10、热定型温度(215±5)℃、松弛比0.88~0.92;在较佳工艺条件下,生产的222 dtex/34 f高强超低热收缩尼龙66纤维断裂强度高达8.1 cN/dtex,干热收缩率低至3.8%,染色均匀度达3~4级,生产过程稳定,产品A级品率达90%。A high-strength ultralow-thermal shrinkage nylon 66 fiber was produced by one-step continuous polymerization and melt direct spinning process using 52.8%nylon 66 salt solution by mass fraction as raw material.The effects of the polymer relative viscosity,spinning temperature,oil pick-up,draw ratio,heat setting temperature and relax ratio on the production and product quality were discussed.The results showed that the production process was stable with the rate of A-grade product up to 90%and the obtained 222 dtex/34 f high-strength ultralow-thermal shrinkage nylon 66 fiber exhibited the breaking strength up to 8.1 cN/dtex,the dry-hot shrinkage as low as 3.8%,the dyeing uniformity 3-4 grade under the optimized process conditions as follows:nylon 66 relative viscosity 77-79,spinning temperature 298-302℃,oil pick-up(0.80±0.1)%,draw ratio 5.40±0.10,heat setting temperature(215±5)℃,relax ratio 0.88-0.92.
