摘　　要：提出了引领水电建设的精品工程、创新工程、绿色工程、民生工程、廉洁工程“五大工程”理念,阐释其产生的时代、行业和企业发展背景,引领水电工程高水平建设、打造水电大国重器的赋能实践,为新时代水电行业高质量发展提供借鉴。A“Five Project”concept,i.e.quality project,innovative project,green project,livelihood project and incorruptible project,is proposed to further motivate the high level development of hydropower industry in China.The era,industrial and enterprise development background of this concept are introduced.It provides useful reference for the high quality development of hydropower industry in the new era.
