摘　　要：辣美早是以自交系LJ2161-1-1为母本,自交系LJ1095-2-4为父本配制而成的辣椒杂交1代品种。该品种早熟,始花着生于第8节。成都平原地区早春大棚栽培全生育期170 d左右。株高65~70 cm,株幅78~80 cm,果实线形,果长28~32 cm,果径1.6~1.8 cm,单果质量30 g,果肉厚度0.18~0.2 cm,果实心室数2个。果实维生素C质量分数162.293 mg·100 g^(-1),辣椒素质量分数1.280 g·kg^(-1);青熟果绿色,老熟果鲜红色,色泽亮,挂果集中,连续挂果性强,商品性状优良,皮薄味辣,口感好;平均667 m^(2)产量在3300 kg以上,适宜春秋保护地和露地栽培。2020年4月通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。Lameizao is an F1 hybrid hot pepper developed by the inbred line LJ2161-1-1 as female parent and the inbred line LJ1095-2-4 as male parent.This variety is of early maturity,the whole growing period of early spring greenhouse cultivation in Chengdu plain area is about 170 days.The first flower sets on the 8th node.The plant height is 65-70 cm and the plant width is 78-80 cm.Its fruit setting ability is strong.The fruit is long-line shaped,shows green at its early mature and turns red when turn to old ripe,28-32 cm in length,1.6-1.8 cm in diameter,0.18-0.2 cm in flesh thickness and the number of fruit ventricular is 2.The fruit is of good commodity properties and spicy flavor,the single fruit weight is 30 g.The Vitamin C content is 162.293 mg·100 g^(-1),the capsaicin content is 1.280 g·kg^(-1).The average yield of fresh fruit is more than 3300 kg per 667m^(2) during the whole harvest,it is suitable for protected field and open field cultivation in spring and autumn.
