摘　　要：在武术文化发展的迫切要求下,武术传统师徒关系面临着继承与发展的诸多问题。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法与访谈法系统梳理武术传统师徒关系传承与发展的基本问题,揭示武术传统师徒关系传承与发展的实质是父子身份的确认,具体规范可以分为拜师前的准师徒关系规范与拜师后的正式师徒关系规范,核心要素是珍贵的父子之情,倡导将感情、理性与法治三者有机结合作为当代武术传统师徒关系传承与发展的方向。Upon the urgent demand of Wushu culture development,the traditional Wushu master-student relationship is faced with problems in inheritance and development.This paper reviewed the normative requirements of traditional Wushu master-student relationship so as to reveal the essence of Wushu,was actually the relationship between father and son,normalized in the quasi-master-student relationship before honoring the master,in the formal master-student relationship after honoring the master,with relationship between father and son as the core.On the basis of needs of contemporary social inter-personal relationship,the Wushu master-student relationships would be more integrated with emotion,rationality and law.
