摘 要:采用煤炭生产矿井水中悬浮物(SS)标准方法测定较清洁水样易产生负值现象,针对这一情况设计了“纯水浸泡1.5 d以上+120 mL以上纯水抽滤1次+滤膜与称量瓶同时恒重”的滤膜处理改进方法。该方法在神华新疆能源有限责任公司矿井水悬浮物测定中进行了应用,测定结果的精度和相对偏差均满足标准,检验质量控制方法可行。According to the standard method,the index of suspended solids(SS)in coal production mine water is easier to produce negative values than clean water samples.In response to this situation,this paper designed the improved filtration membrane treatment method of"pure water soaking for more than 1.5 d+120 mL or more pure water suction filtration 1 time+constant weight of membrane and weighing bottle at the same time".This method was applied in the measurement of suspended solids in the mine water of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.The accuracy and relative deviation of the measurement results meet the standards,and the inspection quality control method is feasible.
