摘 要:阳煤一矿原有的矸石运输控制系统存在运输量低、控制烦琐的问题,严重制约了煤矿的高效生产。为了进一步提高煤矿生产效率,阳煤一矿对原有的矸石定量仓装车操控系统进行了自动化改造。分析了原操控系统存在的问题及改造的关键技术,并对操控系统的改造设计进行了探讨。现场实践结果表明,改造后每班次能多运输矸石200~400 t,提高了矸石的运输量。There were problems of low transportation volume and cumbersome control in the original gangue transportation control system of No.1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group,which seriously restricted the efficient production of the coal mine.In order to further improve the production efficiency of the coal mine,No.1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group carried out an automated transformation of the original loading control system of gangue quantitative bin.This paper analyzed the existing problems of the original control system and the key technology of the transformation,and discussed the design of the transformation of the control system.Field practice results show that after the transformation,an extra 200400 t of gangue can be transported per shift,which increases the transportation volume of gangue.
