摘  要:利用高速纹影法进行了天然气/柴油双燃料发动机同轴喷射试验,分析了不同天然气喷射压力和环境压力对天然气喷射的3种轮廓线周长变化的影响.采用CFD软件进行了数值模拟,利用ENSIGHT软件对双燃料发动机同轴喷射进行了天然气体积分数和速度场分析.结果表明:随着天然气喷射压力的下降和环境背压升高,天然气射流的3种轮廓线周长均减小,且双燃料喷射比单燃料喷射的轮廓曲线波动剧烈;当天然气射流头部碰到柴油喷雾时,部分天然气会停在射流头部,影响整个射流的体积分数;天然气喷射压力越小,柴油对天然气射流的影响越大;从天然气射流头部到底部速度减小,在射流中部存在许多涡旋和涡量场,并且在柴油喷雾与天然气射流相互碰撞的区域出现了很小的湍流强度.The high-speed schlieren method was used to carry out the coaxial injection test of natural gas/diesel dual fuel engine,and the effects of gas injection pressure and environmental pressure on the perimeter variation of three profiles of natural gas injection were analyzed.The numerical simulation was carried out by CFD software,and the natural gas volume fraction and velocity field were analyzed by ENSIGHT software.The results show that the circumference of three profiles of natural gas jet is decreased with the decreasing of natural gas injection pressure and the increasing of ambient pressure,and profile curves of dual fuel injection are more violent than that of single fuel injection.When the head of the natural gas jet meets the diesel spray,part of the natural gas stops at the head of jet,which affects the gas volume fraction of the whole jet.The smaller the injection pressure of natural gas is,the greater the effect of diesel is.The velocity is decreased from the head to the bottom of the natural gas jet.There are many vortices and vorticity fields in the middle of the jet,and there is a small turbulence intensity in the area where the diesel spray and the natural gas jet collide.
