摘  要:针对小麦联合收获机多风道清选装置中,复脱引起的清选负荷与二次复脱搅龙含杂率较高所导致的清选性能下降问题,通过台架试验,以复脱搅龙脱出物总质量中籽粒、茎秆和杂余等3种脱出物的质量分数作为试验指标,选取多风道清选装置复脱部分对清选性能影响较大的喂入量、风门开度、风机转速及上、下导风板角度为试验因素,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计方法,进行五因素三水平响应面试验,运用Design-Expert软件对试验结果进行响应曲面分析,研究各因素对试验指标的影响规律,并创建了相关数学模型.由试验得到风门开度及上、下导风板角度对3种脱出物质量分数影响较大.通过多目标优化,得到最佳匹配参数.在最佳匹配参数组合下,3种脱出物质量分数的试验验证结果分别为89.90%、2.51%和7.50%,表明多风道清选装置二次复脱搅龙中恰当的成分质量分数能够适应清选性能需求.To solve the problems of the cleaning load caused by multiple removal in the multi-channel cleaning device of wheat combine harvester and the decreasing of cleaning performance caused by high impurity content of the secondary double-threshing auger,through bench test,the ratio of the total mass of retreat agglutinate from the weight of grains,stalks and residual extracts was used as test index.The re-extracting parts of the multi-channel cleaning device with great influence on cleaning performance were selected with feeding amount,damper opening,fan speed,upper and lower wind deflector angles as test factors.The Box-Benhnken central combination design method was used to conduct five-factor three-level response surface test,and the Design-Expert software was used to respond to the test results for surface analysis.The effects of various factors on the test index were investigated to create relevant mathematical model.The experimental results show that the damper opening,the upper and lower wind guide angles have great influence on the ratio of total mass of grain extractives,stalks and residual extractives.Through multi-objective optimization,the best matching parameters are obtained.Under the parameters combination,the test verification results of the mass ratios of grains,stalks and residual extracts are 89.90%,2.51%and 7.50%,respectively,which indicates that the appropriate components ratio in the secondary double-throwing auger in the multi-channel cleaning device can meet the requirements of cleaning performance.
