硫代硫酸钠联合康复新液治疗糖尿病合并足溃疡随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的分析对糖尿病合并足溃疡患者实施硫代硫酸钠联合康复新液治疗的临床疗效.方法选择50例糖尿病合并足溃疡患者作为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组接受硫代硫酸钠联合康复新液治疗,对照组接受降糖、降脂、抗感染、常规清创治疗.结果比较两组患者治疗前后创面面积收缩率、治疗效果,与对照组比较,观察组患者经治疗后创面面积收缩率高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对糖尿病合并足溃疡患者给予硫代硫酸钠联合康复新液的治疗方式,临床疗效显著,能尽快恢复足部溃疡处的创面,减少截肢等风险的发生.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sodium thiosulfate combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of diabetic patients with foot ulcer.Method 50 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were selected and divided into observation group(25 cases,receiving sodium thiosulfate combined with Kangfuxin Liquid)and control group(25 cases,receiving hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,anti-infection,conventional debridement treatment).Results The wound area contraction rate,treatment effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,the wound area contraction rate of the observation group after treatment is higher,comparing with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium thiosulfate combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of diabetic patients with foot ulcer can improve overall treatment effect,improve wound contraction rate,help patients recover the foot ulcer trauma as soon as possible,and reduce the risk of amputation and other conditions.
