摘　　要：目的探讨胸痛患者应用简化McGill疼痛问卷预测冠状动脉病变程度的意义及应用价值.方法选择接受简化McGill疼痛问卷调查并完成冠脉造影检查的胸痛患者120例,应用简化McGill疼痛问卷评分分析与冠脉病变的相关性.结果高危组单支血管病变、双支血管病变、三支血管病变的例数分别为11例、10例、13例,中危组各病变例数分别为23例、21例、4例,低危组各病变例数分别为21例、14例、3例;高危组血管轻、中、重度狭窄的例数分别为9例、8例、17例,中危组分别为9例、19例、20例,低危组分别为14例、17例、7例.结论简化McGill疼痛问卷可以快速准确评估急性胸痛患者的血管病变危重程度,及时给予患者准确的护理措施.Objective To explore the application value of simplified McGill pain questionnaire in predicting severity of coronary artery disease in patients with chest pain.Method 120 patients with chest pain received the simplified McGill pain questionnaire and completed coronary angiography were selected.The correlation between the simplified McGill pain questionnaire score and coronary artery disease was analyzed.Results There were 21 cases of single vessel disease,14 cases of double vessel disease and 3 cases of three vessel disease in the low risk group.There were 23 cases of single vessel disease,21 cases of double vessel disease and 4 cases of three vessel disease in middle risk group.There were 11 cases of single vessel disease,10 cases of double vessel disease and 13 cases of three vessel disease in high risk group.The cases of mild,moderate and severe vascular stenosis in high risk group were 9,8 and 17 cases respectively,9,19 and 20 cases in middle risk group1,14,17 and 7 cases in low risk group.Conclusion The simplified McGill pain questionnaire can quickly and accurately assess the severity of vascular lesions in patients with acute chest pain,and timely give patients accurate nursing measures.
