双相钢在合成氨空压机组段间设备上的应用

摘　　要：针对合成氨空压机组段间冷却器和分离器在生产过程中频繁出现故障的现象,分析了设备腐蚀的原因,采取了将腐蚀部件材质改为双相不锈钢的措施,实践表明:两台设备的成功运行解决了制约生产的瓶颈问题,不仅延长了检修周期(特别是空气压缩机组),而且可以保证装置连续生产,并为合成氨装置整体提负5%。In view of frequent failures of the inter-stage cooler and separator in the production process of ammonia air compressor unit,reasons behind equipment corrosion were analyzed,and the material for corroded parts was replaced with duplex stainless steel as the countermeasure.Practice shows that the two sets of equipment run smoothly and successfully with the above production-restricting bottleneck problem resolved,which in turn not only prolongs the maintenance interval(especially that for the air compressor unit),but also ensures the continuous production of the unit,and increases the load of the whole ammonia plant by 5%.
