检漏系统在尿素装置中的应用

摘　　要：尿素装置是化肥生产中的物料产出装置,而其中高压圈中的高压设备又是尿素装置的核心,为使尿素装置安全稳定运行,及时对高压设备的腐蚀进行预警,设置了高压设备检漏系统。介绍了尿素装置在线检漏系统的原理及实际应用,结合实际工程经验,提出了在线检漏系统安装及投用注意事项等,同时对检漏系统的未来发展进行了展望。Urea plant is where material output is seen in chemical fertilizer production,and where high-pressure equipment serves as the core.In order to ensure safe and stable operation of urea plant and realize early warning on the corrosion of high-pressure equipment in time,the leakage detection system of high-pressure equipment is set up.This paper introduces the principle and practical application of on-line leak detection system in urea plant,and puts forward note-worthy points in the erection and operation of on-line leak detection system based on practical engineering experience.At the same time,the future development of such system is also envisioned.
