摘　　要：实验室作为高校教学、学习和实践的重要场所,其安全管理体系的维护与运营对于高校教学体制的改革与发展质量表现出了重要作用。从当前实验室在高校发展工作中的位置来看,实现实验室安全管理体系的创新构建与实践,能够有效推动高校实验室向技术与知识高度集中的综合性实验室迈进。本文即立足于目前实验室安全管理工作的发展现状,对高校实验室的工作特点及其安全管理体系构建与实践工作中的漏洞与有效发展策略等几个方面进行了简单的分析和探讨。The laboratory is an important place for teaching,learning and practice in colleges and universities.The maintenance and operation of its safety management system plays an important role in the reform and development of the teaching system of colleges and universities.Judging from the current position of laboratories in the development of universities,the realization of innovative construction and practice of laboratory safety management systems can effectively promote the progress of university laboratories to comprehensive laboratories with a high concentration of technology and knowledge.Based on the current development status of laboratory safety management work,this paper briefly analyzes and discusses the work characteristics of college laboratories and the loopholes in the construction of safety management system and practical work and effective development strategies.
