摘　　要：目的随着药品加成的取消,全国各地公立医院亟待增设药事服务费作为补偿机制,通过药事成本测算方法计算门诊、住院药事服务收费标准,为相关决策部门提供参考。方法通过问卷调查的形式,收集广东省26家公立医院门诊及住院的药事服务成本及医院基本情况,测算出公立医院门诊及住院的药事成本。结果门诊药事服务费收费平均7.38~9.36元/处方或8.38~10.46元/人次;住院药事服务费收费平均9.13~31.16元/床日;不同地区同类型公立医院的药事服务费收费有较大区别。结论(1)门诊药事服务费可通过药事服务成本测算结果进行参考,但住院药事服务费不建议使用药事服务成本测算结果进行参考;(2)根据不同地区的实际经济情况制定合理的药事服务费收费标准。OBJECTIVE With the abolition of drug price addition,public hospitals around the country urgently needed to add pharmaceutical service fee as acompensation mechanism,through the calculation of pharmaceutical costs to calculate outpatient and inpatient pharmaceutical service fee,to provide reference for decision-making departments.METHODS The cost of outpatient and inpatient pharmaceutical service and basic information of 26 public hospitals in Guangdong Province were collected by questionnaire survey,and the cost of outpatient and inpatient pharmaceutical service were calculated.RESULTS The average charge of outpatient pharmaceutical service was 7.38-9.36 yuan per prescription or 8.38-10.46 yuan per person-times.The average charge of inpatient pharmaceutical service was 9.13-31.16 yuan per bed-day.The charge of pharmaceutical service in the same type of hospitals from different regions was quite different.CONCLUSION First,the charge of outpatient pharmaceutical service can be referenced by the charge of pharmaceutical care,but the charge of inpatient pharmaceutical care is not recommended.Second,reasonable charges for pharmaceutical service should be executed to different regions base on actual economic situation.
